High time for a follow up! Dr Weil is still a great program and as before much has become habit, like garlic, ginger, tofu and green tea. I also try to eat broccoli twice a week and oily fish once a week. I also do 1 or 2 vegetarian days.

As for the Internal Exercises by Stephen T. Chang, well hard to say. The eye exercises do help relax the eyes and all the muscles around them. And it seems that this helps my eyesight. I went for an eye check a few weeks ago and while my distance sight has gotten a bit worse, my close and middle range sight hasn't. This is interesting as this is the first time in over 10 years where short and mid range have not gotten worse!
