Another successful trip to the dentist! For those who have not read my earlier posts, I was facing a toothless mouth from gum disease, bone loss and decay and completely turned things around very simply by taking calcium supplements, flossing, rinsing and cleaning between teeth twice a week with 1% hydrogen peroxide solution and brushing with Tooth Soap.
I have to say I was a bit worried this time. I’ve moved to a new city and it took me some time to settle the family and find a new dentist. I noticed something wasn’t right with a back molar and thought that I had a cavity. As it turned out, it was a broken amalgam filling which my new dentist replaced with a composite filling.
